Welcome to the official website and services of Dr. Meera Shukla, Psychologist, Trauma Therapist, Life Coach, and Chairperson of the Mental Resilience Association. By accessing or using this website, booking appointments, or engaging in any service provided by Dr. Meera or her team, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Dr. Meera Shukla provides a range of professional mental health services, including but not limited to:
Individual counseling and psychotherapy
Trauma therapy and emotional healing
Psycho-oncology support for patients, caregivers, and survivors
Life coaching and emotional wellness guidance
Mental health education and awareness programs
Services may be delivered in-person or online depending on your location, need, and availability.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to independently access therapeutic services. For minors, services are provided only with parental/guardian consent and involvement, in line with ethical and legal guidelines.
3. Booking & Appointments
All consultations are provided by prior appointment only.
Appointments can be scheduled through phone, email, or the website’s contact form.
Clients are expected to be punctual. A grace period of 10 minutes may be allowed for scheduled sessions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must also respect the 24-hour notice rule.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information and disclosures made during therapy or coaching sessions are strictly confidential, in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements. However, confidentiality may be ethically breached in the following cases:
If there is a risk of harm to self or others
When required by law or court order
In situations involving abuse or criminal activity

5. Payment Terms
Fees for sessions are to be discussed at the time of booking.
Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted modes of payment may include cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online platforms.
Invoices can be provided upon request.
No refunds will be issued for completed services. Refunds for prepaid sessions (in the case of packages or programs) are subject to management discretion and cancellation timelines.
6. Emergency Situations
Dr. Meera Shukla does not offer emergency services. In case of a mental health crisis or emergency, you are advised to contact your local emergency services, hospital, or a 24/7 mental health helpline.
7. Use of Website Content
All content on this website—including articles, videos, session materials, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Dr. Meera Shukla or her affiliates. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
